Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Please bring your own snack and lunch.

This event is free of charge, but participants must be registered to attend. Also, museum admission is not included.

Minimum age: 11 years old. Children ages 11-14 must have an adult present. Registration is required. 

Join us for FrogWatch - a community science program to help monitor frog populations! Practice identifying over 20 unique frog calls and learn about frog conservation. After learning the calls, you will be able to help monitor and submit data about local frog populations.

Training is 2 parts and you must attend both parts.

This ticket does not include museum admission.

Public Encounters are for guests aged 6 and over.

Guests of any age can join a Private Encounter experience.

Participants must be 12. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear weather appropriate attire, this event will take place outside. Gloves will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

You will be handling wild turtles during this event. By purchasing tickets, you are assuming all risks.

Chaperones must attend with a child. This event is for children ages 2-5. Children 2 & under are allowed to accompany the participating child and chaperone. However, if they wish to participate in the programming a ticket must be purchased.
