"Play Date Field Trips" is an interactive outdoor program that will help families with young children develop a love of play and learning in nature together (targeted for adults along with their children age 4 - 10 years old).
Please note: The purpose of the program is to help parents connect their children to creative play and learning in the out-of-doors. Therefore, parents will be active participants - along with their children - in activities that VLM Educators will model, then help supervise.
Pre-registration is required. Program is free to Virginia Living Museum member families and the general public. Location of program is offsite.
October 10 or 13, 2017 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am at Grandview Nature Preserve
April 17 or 20, 2018 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am at Newport News Park
